| BAD WEATHER POLICY FOR PROGRAMS: When schools are closed all day or dismissed early for bad weather, ALL ACTIVITIES ARE CANCELED! Those with Saturday activities should listen to WTTR-1470 for cancellation information. If the Carroll County Snow Emergency Plan is in effect, programs will be canceled for that entire day. |
