Kathy's Aerobic Shaping
Come join us for a hip-hop, high intensity, low-impact, fat-burning, muscle toning, heart-strengthening workout!
This program consists of approximately 30 minutes of aerobic dance and 30 minutes of muscle-toning with a cool-down. All routines are professionally choreographed and keep on mind the beginner to the advanced student.
